For information about our practices regarding data, please see our Privacy Policy By using the iMuslim Life Services, you agree that we may collect and use your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility to use iMuslim Life services
You may not use iMuslim Life Services if you are under 16 years of age (or under 13 years of age in some jurisdictions). We may terminate your account and use of our services if we believe you are under 16 years of age (or under 13 years of age in some jurisdictions).
3. Creating an Account
To take full advantage of the iMuslim Life Services, you will need to create an account by providing us with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and are responsible for all actions that occur within your account. iMuslim Life is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your own inability to keep your account identity confidential. If you discover or suspect any security breach of the iMuslim Life service or your account, please contact us.
If you do not create an account, you will only be able to use some of the services provided by iMuslim Life. iMuslim Life may collect information from you when it provides services to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Required Equipment
To take full advantage of the iMuslim Life services, you must have a supported mobile device (such as a cell phone) with Internet access and a smart device such as a sports bracelet or watch. The maintenance and security of these devices may affect the iMuslim Life service, so you are responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and security of the devices. You are responsible for all Internet access charges. Please check with your Internet provider for possible Internet data usage charges.
5. iMuslim Life's Rights
"iMuslim Life Content" includes any photographs, images, graphics, video, audio, data, text, music, software, works of any kind, and other information, content, or materials posted, generated, made available, or otherwise made available through iMuslim Life. iMuslim Life All rights in the iMuslim Life Content and not expressly set forth in this Agreement are reserved. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, your use of the iMuslim Life Services does not constitute a transfer of any ownership rights in the iMuslim Life Services or the content therein to you or anyone else.
You agree not to modify, remove, extract, or conceal in any way the iMuslim Life Content contained in the iMuslim Life Services or any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary rights notices accompanying the iMuslim Life Services. You may not copy, imitate, or use the iMuslim Life Content our logo and any other iMuslim Life trademarks that may appear on the iMuslim Life Services, and the overall look and feel of the iMuslim Life Services, without our prior written permission.
6. Services that iMuslim Life provides to you
The iMuslim Life Service records exercise data and health data for you and may only be used for your personal, non-commercial use. The main features are as follows:
(a) Account login: In order to manage and save your exercise and health data, you need to register and login to your iMuslim Life account.
(b) Device management: iMuslim Life service supports the management of your devices. You can manage the use and upgrade of your device by connecting it via Bluetooth from your phone. You can manage your personal data on the device or app, process it through the app and display it.
(c) Personal information management:You can edit your avatar, nickname, gender, age, height, weight and other information within the application.
(d) Sports data recording: iMuslim Life service supports the recording and display of daily sports data such as walking, running, cycling, swimming and sports track (such as outdoor running, outdoor walking, outdoor cycling showing sports track), recording sports track requires you to open the GPS of your phone.
(d) Health data management:After binding the device, iMuslim Life service provides the measurement, recording and display of health data such as sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen and pressure.
(f) Medallion:Based on the user's relevant exercise data and health data, virtual hooncho is issued to the user.
(g) Health Report: Based on the user's exercise and health data and personal information, it forms weekly, monthly and annual reports and pushes the user's personal health report. Please note that this report does not constitute professional medical advice.
(h) Functional services: iMuslim Life additionally provides many functional services such as quick message reply, smart exercise alert, female cycle reminder, wrist lift to light up the screen, automatic brightness adjustment at night, multi-language switch, alarm clock, find phone, music control, weather push, etc.
(i) Share:Share your exercise health data such as weekly health reports through other social software in your phone.
(j) Questions and Suggestions: You can give feedback by editing questions you encounter in the process of using the app. If necessary, you can choose to upload logs.
(k) The iMuslim Life service supports data sharing to third-party services, provided that you send us a sharing request.
(l) Purchase: iMuslim Life offers a virtual dial purchase service.
Please note that we may update the application or software from time to time, and the specific features should be based on the version you are currently using.
7. Rules of Use
iMuslim Life grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable license to (1) use the iMuslim Life Services, (2) view iMuslim Life Content, (3) use the applications provided by the iMuslim Life Services, and (4) use the apps authorized under this Agreement to software built into or called from your phone by the iMuslim Life device. This license is provided only if you use iMuslim Life Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in the manner permitted by this Agreement.
You may not use, sublicense, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, disclose, prepare derivative works from, distribute, license, sell, rent, transfer, publicly display, publicly demonstrate, communicate, broadcast, or otherwise use in any other way. You do not acquire, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to any intellectual property owned or controlled by iMuslim Life or its licensors, other than the licenses and rights expressly granted in this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for your Content with respect to any images, names, or other information you upload as your Content. You agree that your content is not false, defamatory, infringing, harmful, pornographic, offensive, bullying, harassing, scandalous, hateful, inflammatory, threatening, profane, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable, including, but not limited to, promoting illegal activity, advocating violence, and any discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise likely to give rise to civil liability.
8. Consult your doctor before using the iMuslim Life service
The iMuslim Life Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition or heart disease, please consult your doctor before using the iMuslim Life service or participating in an exercise program. In the event of a medical emergency, please consult a medical professional promptly.
Prolonged exposure to wearable devices may cause some users to experience skin irritation or allergies. To alleviate discomfort, please follow the following 4 points of wearing and maintenance advice: (1) keep the product clean; (2) keep the product dry; (3) do not wear it too tight; (4) after long time wearing, please take off the wristband for one hour to let your wrist get rest. If you find skin irritation, hand or wrist pain, tingling, numbness, burning or stiffness while wearing the product or after, please take off the device and stop using it. If discomfort persists for more than 2-3 days after removing the device, please consult your physician.
Using the heart rate measurement function of the product may pose a risk to users with certain medical conditions. If you (1) have a medical condition or heart disease, (2) are taking any photosensitive medication, (3) have epilepsy or are sensitive to flashing lights, (4) have poor circulation and are prone to bruising, or (5) suffer from tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome or other musculoskeletal disorders, please consult your physician before using such products.
9. Sales and Payment
Please consult your distributor, seller, or other sales entity for iMuslim Life service sales, return, and warranty policies. All orders placed are subject to acceptance of this Agreement. We may refuse or limit your order for any reason.
Your purchase of virtual goods through iMuslim Life is a one-time payment and we do not accept returns for any reason and cannot issue refunds.
You agree that iMuslim Life reserves the right to adjust the prices of paid items and that you will be required to accept the new prices at the time of purchase once the new prices become effective, and that products and services you purchased before the price adjustment will not be affected. If you do not accept the new prices, you may discontinue your purchase.
10. Feedback and Submission Policy
If you submit comments, suggestions or feedback to us, you agree that we may use, disclose, reproduce, distribute or exploit them without compensation to you, as agreed in the Privacy Policy. We do not waive any right to use similar or related suggestions or feedback previously known, developed by iMuslim Life, or obtained from sources other than you. Our feedback and submission policy also forms part of this Agreement.
11. Alerts and Notices
You may receive notifications, text messages, alerts, emails and other electronic communications in the course of using the iMuslim Life Services. You agree to receive these communications. You can control most communications from the iMuslim Life Services using your account settings. We may need to send you certain communications, such as software update notifications. Any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including the requirement that communications be in writing.
12. Third Party Services
The online payment service on the iMuslim Life service is provided by a third party, and iMuslim Life will only receive order information back from said third party, which is in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You may choose to transfer your information to third parties, such as Strava, Google Fit, Apple Health, where technically possible, and you may share your exercise history with other social networking applications on your phone, such as Mail.
You contract with the third party providing the service for the respective service, and iMuslim Life is not a party to the agreement between you and the third party providing the service. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you read your agreement with the third party and the third party's privacy policy carefully.
iMuslim Life has no right or obligation to control or review the content of products or services offered by third-party service providers and is not responsible for any violations of your rights in connection with your use of such third-party products and services. iMuslim Life is not responsible for the content or availability of any third party products or services, and does not endorse any content, products, services, or other information provided by third parties on the iMuslim Life Services in any way. Third parties may take legal action against you if you do not comply with third party agreements or third party privacy policies.
iMuslim Life is not responsible for any disputes arising from the use of third-party products and services through the iMuslim Life Services, and iMuslim Life does not provide any customer support for third-party software or technology. If you need support, please contact the third-party service provider.
13. Changes to iMuslim Life services
iMuslim Life may change, temporarily or permanently discontinue any feature, component or content of the iMuslim Life Services at any time without notice. iMuslim Life is not responsible to you or any third party for any modification, discontinuance, or suspension of any feature, component, or content of the iMuslim Life Services. We reserve the right to determine the timing and content of software updates that may be prompted by iMuslim Life and downloaded and installed at your option; such updates may also be downloaded and installed automatically by your app store without notice to you.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue your account or your use of all or part of the iMuslim Life Services or to terminate these Terms at any time in our sole discretion and without liability. We will make every effort to notify you before taking any of the foregoing actions.
You may close your account at any time by, for example, canceling your account within the iMuslim Life application. If this Agreement is terminated, or if the iMuslim Life Services or your account is suspended, terminated, or discontinued, the following provisions of these Terms will remain in effect: Sections 1, 2, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21.
15. disclaimer
The iMuslim Life service is for your personal use only and is not available to any third party. You agree that iMuslim Life and iMuslim Life's affiliates, third parties, and vendors will not be liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of the iMuslim Life Services.
iMuslim Life services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Without limiting the foregoing, we expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the iMuslim Life services, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and any warranties arising from usage of trade or business practices.
we do not warrant that the iMuslim Life services will meet your requirements or that use will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of the iMuslim Life service or any iMuslim Life content. the iMuslim Life service may change over time and may vary by geographic location. For example, updates to applications or software may cause changes to the iMuslim Life service, and maps may be unavailable, inaccurate or incomplete. Use of the iMuslim Life Services should not replace your good judgment and common sense.
You expressly agree that iMuslim Life does not provide medical advice through the iMuslim Life Services. Nothing provided through the iMuslim Life Services should be used and should not be used as a substitute for (a) the advice of your physician or other medical professional, (b) a visit to, call or consult with your physician or other medical professional, or (c) information contained in any product packaging or labeling. If you have any questions about your health, please call your doctor or other health care professional promptly for medical attention. You should never disregard medical advice or delay seeking medical treatment because of anything provided by the iMuslim Life Services, nor should you use anything on the iMuslim Life Services to diagnose or treat a health problem. The distribution and receipt of our content, in whole or in part, via the Internet, e-mail or otherwise, does not constitute or create a relationship between you and iMuslim Life as a physician, therapist or other health care professional and a patient.
You expressly agree that your physical activities (including, but not limited to, riding, running or following the training programs offered in the iMuslim Life Services) carry some inherent and substantial risk of property damage, personal injury or death, even if caused in whole or in part by the acts, omissions or negligence of iMuslim Life, or the acts, omissions or negligence of others, and that you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with these activities.
16. indemnification
iMuslim Life shall be entitled to indemnify and hold you harmless from and against any claim, suit, action, demand, dispute, claim, or investigation, and all liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees, brought against iMuslim Life by any third party, government agency, or industry body based on your: (1) your access to or use of the iMuslim Life Services, (2) your Content, (3) your breach or alleged breach of any warranty you make herein or this Agreement, or (4) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party arising out of or in connection with the foregoing.
In addition, we reserve the right to defend against third party claims (for which you are responsible), in which case you must cooperate with us in asserting any valid defenses.
17. Limitation of Liability
iMuslim Life and its suppliers or licensors, and any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the iMuslim Life Services, shall not be liable for any incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or replacement service fees, arising out of or in connection with the use of this Agreement, or the use of or inability to use the iMuslim Life Services. iMuslim Life and its suppliers or licensors, and any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering iMuslim Life services, shall not be liable, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or other legal theory, and whether or not iMuslim Life has been advised of the possibility of damages, even if the limited remedy provision contained herein is found to have failed of its necessary purpose.
in no event shall iMuslim Life's liability arising out of or in connection with this agreement, or the use of or inability to use iMuslim Life services, exceed in the aggregate the amount paid to iMuslim Life by you for the use of iMuslim Life services.
The above exclusions and limitations of damages are fundamental to the basis for iMuslim Life's dealings with you.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
18. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The laws of the People's Republic of China shall govern the validity and interpretation of this Agreement. If no such law exists, reference may be made to international commercial practices and or general commercial practices.
This Agreement is entered into in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
Both the user and iMuslim Life agree that all disputes arising out of this agreement shall be resolved by mutual agreement. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, either party may apply to the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court for arbitration.
19. general terms
We will notify you of any material changes to this Agreement and give you the opportunity to review the revised terms and conditions so that you can decide whether to continue using the iMuslim Life service. If you continue to use iMuslim Life Services after the revisions are posted, you accept the revised agreement.
If for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction determines that a provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
Any notices or other communications provided by iMuslim Life under this Agreement, including notices or communications regarding amendments to this Agreement, shall be provided (1) by email, or (2) by posting on iMuslim Life. For notices given by email, the date such email is received shall be deemed to be the date such notice was sent.
The failure of iMuslim Life to exercise any right or provision under this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any such right or provision shall be deemed effective only if it is in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of iMuslim Life. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the exercise by either party of its right to relief under this Agreement shall be without prejudice to its other rights to relief under this Agreement or elsewhere.
